Privacy policy

What we collect. From sellers: name, business name, email, WhatsApp number, pickup area and the payment details they choose to show (bank account numbers or tarus number). From customers: name, phone number, the order, any note, and the payment reference they enter.

Why. Only to run the ordering service: to show the seller's page, pass each order to the seller, let the seller contact the customer about that order, and let customers track their order.

Who sees it. A customer's details are visible only to the seller they ordered from, and to WiRalogy for support. We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising.

On your device. The site remembers your name and phone number on your own device to save typing next time. You can clear this in your browser settings.

Where it is stored. Data is stored with our database provider, Supabase, in Singapore, with access restricted by the security rules described in our documentation.

How long. Order records are kept for up to 2 years so sellers can see their history, then deleted. Sellers can ask us to delete their account and data at any time.

Your choices. You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data by contacting us.
